Restoring your normal joint movement
The hands matter more than the plan.
Every joint has a normal range and a normal quality of motion. Injury, surgery, and years of guarding take both away.
That matters more than it sounds. An irritated joint inhibits the muscles that cross it — the knee quiets the quadriceps, the low back quiets the multifidus. Strength doesn't return on its own while the joint stays restricted.
So we restore the joint first, by hand. Then the neuromuscular system can be trained.
Knee injuries · Shoulder pain · Post-op recovery · ACL return · Rotator cuff
Return to sport · Failed rehab · Second opinions · Return to cutting · Tendon pain
Spine care · Neck pain · Hip pain · Golf · Ski prep · Running

Get back to the activities that pain interrupted.
The first tee. The last set. Lifting your kid without thinking about it. We work backward from whatever pain took, and train you toward that — because nothing else transfers.
Restore
Better Biomechanics
Every joint has a normal range and a normal quality of motion. Injury, surgery, and years of guarding take both away — and an irritated joint quiets the muscles that cross it, so strength won't return on its own while the restriction stays. Hands-on treatment restores the joint first, and locates the true source of the problem rather than the place it hurts.
ReFit
Capacity to Load
Pain leaving is not the same as being ready. This is the stage most rehab skips: graded medical exercise, dosed to your current tolerance and progressed deliberately, until your tissue tolerates the demand you're actually going back to. Not rest, not general fitness — measured load, in the right amount, at the right time.
Return
Functional Freedom
Pain relief isn't the goal, and neither is alignment or symmetry. The goal is what you can do, how much of it, and how often — without it coming back. Freedom is not planning your week around what your body might not tolerate. Freedom is planning your life without the fear that your body will let you down.
